    • Thousands of individuals in a class action employment discrimination case.
    • A high-fashion trademark owner and its licensee manufacturer in anti-counterfeiting cases against major discount retailers and their suppliers in civil litigation in the US District Court, Southern District of New York.
    • The owner of a hotel in various lawsuits brought by a French bank claiming to hold a valid mortgage loan in excess of US$200m and successfully obtaining reversal of bank’s summary judgment on appeal.
    • Holocaust victims or their heirs in class actions asserting slave labor and property loss claims against certain German and Austrian banks.
    • In a matter in which the client prevailed in establishing that the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center was one “occurrence,” not two, for insurance purposes.
